I threw out an awful lot of old make up to replace it with newer (nicer) stuff, I've replaced my foundation, concealer and eyeliner, added some primers, and thats about it... so what are the products?
My foundation is Max Factor Facefinity powder, I use a brush to apply a very gentle dusting, and that is probably the best thing about this foundation is that a very little amount goes a long way and really helps achieve a flawless finish.
My concealer is Benefit's Boi-ing industrial strength concealer again, this product is a definite "a little goes a long way" product. It glides on easily and covers up anything (I challenged it with my dark circles and pow gone!), application is easy with fingers.
Avon Face Perfector Primer is what I aim to begin using as soon as I recieve it to prime my skin BEFORE I put on any foundation etc to help create a matte floorless look.
When I want to apply eyeshadow I now make sure to use Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion, it helps the colour last all day and stops it from creasing, fantastic! It's really easy to apply, but very tough to get a hold of!
I usually buy Mac eyeshadows, as I adore the colours and think they are fab. However I bought a gift set of Urban Decay eyeshadows in order to get some of the primer teehee, they are just as good as the Mac eyeshadows I have bought in the past and in the set I bought I got 6 colours, a mini eyeliner (which is very nice also I might add) and the eyeshadow primer also, for this kit I paid £18.50, the primer normally ranges from £10-11.50 and their eyeshadows are usually £10 each, so it is a bargin!
I use a body shop blush trio shade block, it gives me a really lovely pale pink glow and has a shimmer too it, which is fab every day as it gives me a little bit of life, but also looks great on a night out when I apply more, giving me a more dramatic look.
There are so so many more things that I want to add to my make-up bag! I just need the cash!
